I thought Id create a community just for a good old rant, does not have to be about affiliate marketing although, we should stick to the path and beware the moon, speaking of which... does it not bug you that a lot of website navigation is pants?
Idea is to keep rants here so the good stuff can remain on the forum.

Citi Bank Europe, call centre in India, PObox address.
First rant... I needed to query a transaction, I call their phone number, its a call centre in India who cant do jack and tell me I have to write to them, I then send them an email, no response, I send them a letter, to a POBOX address. Nada after two weeks. Sent registered letter, Nada after a further week. What a horrendous customer experience! Still NADA response, http://www.citibank.co.uk
So where do you go from here? I give up (well thats what they seem to want customers with issues you to do) Grrrrrrrr
