Oliver Westbury one of our tech guys is hoping to become one of the first deaf people ever to walk to the North Pole in April. He and his team will be traveling on foot from latitude 89N to the North pole which is 90N.
It is a walk over ice and snow of about 70 miles pulling 40Kg of Kit.
He is hoping the raise £27K in aid of the National Deaf Children's Society which, i am sure you will agree is a massive task.
I hope some of you can dig deep and sponsor him, even if it just a few quid.

Oli is also growing a beard to a) raise more money and b) keep his boat race warmer on this trip to the pole.
