Do merchants know how easy own brand bidding is ? How about an affiliate training group to show them ? Must be a good financial case for the merchant - not paying commissions to someone on top of the cost of brand advertising they've already done. Take a group of around 10 merchants at a time, spend a morning with them, help them set up their own brand bidding and they would have to spend all of 1/2 day a year checking it ;-)
