Affiliates have got to be stupid

If you are an affiliate, how can you even do business with a network or merchant who won’t tell you what the cookie rules are. Business wise that is just pure stupidity and you deserve what you get.
Networks and merchants don’t want to show you as that data is worth fortune to them. But most merchants run DART or ATLAS and both of these systems have sophisticated cookie tracking systems and can do mass analysis. I believe most of the networks have similar systems too.
You would not buy a car without knowing as much about the car as possible, so why do it with merchants and networks. Cause you are stupid?
We actually do very little “normal” affiliacy now, most of our business goes via white labels, where we own the customer, the site and the domains. ...
