We are delighted to be associated with andy_jacko who contacted us for his outsourcing requirements. His requirements were met on time and within budget. Outsourcing can work providing there is a clear understanding of what is required and regular frequent contact between the outsource and the client. If a business is involved in offering outsource then it should never undertake to provide what it cannot deliver. We talked things through with Andy and once we had a clear understanding of his requirements we then got back to him and then got on with the job he commissioned. Everyone has their skills and their weaknesses in website design and functionality. Many people choose to outsource because they cannot do the work themselves, or in this case because of other commitments. I recommend outsourcing as a useful facility for people who want things doing for their websites but always with the understanding that communication is the key to a good business relationship.
