The ContentEngine defaults to display 9 results per page… why not change the number of results to suit your needs?
Once you have created your ContentUnit, make sure you save the template; that will save you having to re-save it all next time!
Products without descriptions are suppressed from the result-set; In order to change that, go onto the “Content” tab and de-select “Suppress items with no description”
