Started working life as a Lab Technician for Smithkline Beecham in Worthing, before moving on to taking degrees in Chemistry (Sheffield) and Geochemistry (Newcastle) and ending up a full time researcher at Newcastle University. Whilst there I was introduced to the internet, to competitions and to a latin dictionary and Loquax was born. In 2000 I went full time and have been involved with the management of the site and affiliate marketing since.
