Just wanted to post to show my appreciation for the service provided by Beamhost
As some of you will know my previous host terminated my account last Thursday without notice due to my sites having too many visitors and using excessive bandwidth.
Beamhost set me up with hosting straight away and my main site was back operational by 10pm Thursday evening. All other sites have now been migrated and my ebusiness is back in full operation.
We had a technical issue yesterday which resulted in all my sites running slowly but rapid intervention from Beamhost tech support helped me find the error in one of my php scripts which was causing the problem and normal service was resumed with only a minute's downtime while the server was rebooted.
Interestingly, traffic across all my sites is now some 50% higher than it was on my old host (which leads me to believe that a number of visitors were unable to access my site on the old host - presumably due to bandwidth) - as a result my daily income has now increased by 100% so I'm very happy.
So - as a totally impartial customer I have to give Beamhost 6 stars out of 5 and I would freely recommend them to anyone looking for first class hosting and first class support at a reasonable price...
