ive got 2 sites down, after what happened last time I made sure they split my sites up across their servers.

I tend to just leave one of them there trouble tickets they seem to get answered pretty quickly, just the email address they reply to is on one of the servers thats down. If its down much longer I might even be able to wangle myself more free hosting!
