100's of publishers use database driven sites, this method would not cause a problem with tracking. Please contact our support team who can check if there is anything amiss on your sites or implementation.
Just to recap, TradeDoubler do not drop a cookie for every click, if you already have the TradeDoubler cookie on your machine we simply take the unique ID stored inside it and update a table in our database with the rest of the click transaction details.
