Didn't mean it to be harsh - just that anaerobic was asking for advice on how to be taken seriously - and in my experience being able to spell when you make your first written communication with someone is a good first step.
It is true that you don't need to be able to spell to be successful or indeed to be good at marketing - but at the same time if you produced a website with that number of spelling errors on the first page I doubt that many people would proceed any further.
When I'm looking at other sites, one spelling mistake per page is ok and I can accept that it is probably a typo (and yes I do discover them on my own sites too

) but more than one per page says to me that the creator really doesn't care about their image.
