Just a bit of caution - its always good to seek advice, but part of Adsense's T&C's state that you can't give your figures to anyone. Also I don't think its acceptable to actually create sites for adsense (but I know people do
) . Best go through thier T&C's again

also figures will depend on what sort of areas you're targetting. The only decent way to gauge if your figures are ok is if they pay the bills and give you some to spare.
