Ebay T & C's
Through suggestion the T & C's for Ebay UK were changed but
6) Domain Names and URL's.
You shall not use "eBay" or any confusingly similar variation thereof in Your domain name or URL. However, You can use "eBay" within a sub-domain or URL path as long as "eBay" is not the prominent part of the sub-domain as in the following example: www.jolene.co.uk/auction-place/ebay.html and provided this use is solely in connection with your activities on eBay and not for any other purpose.
Is it's intent that
www.jolene.co.uk/auction-place/ebay.html
is acceptable or not acceptable, it's a little ambiguous
Previosuly it said

However Ebay US still has these clause
