Very simple would be to use Affiliate Windows shopping channel.......you choose the merchants and they give you a script which you can customise the look and feel.
Other thing would be to get a book on PHP or ASP and start playing around......PHP would probably be better as it seems to be better supported and also cheaper hosting..
