Yes they will track sales and leads OK, but for programs with 'Pay per Click' they will not register the click value, unless they come from the domain that is registered in the Site Info section.
If you use alot of PPC, for eg, and are having problems with the amount of errors in your 'error report' give
TD a mail and let them know what you are doing and why you are receiving these errors and they can sort you out.
