WOW! I've spent nearly a year going back and forth with CJ support about this - but only a couple of hours after posting the problem here they jumped on it and emailed me back within 24 hours of each email every day until the problem was finally fixed this morning .....
..... maybe I need to air my grievances on public boards more often!
