I can give you say 4 or 5 sitewide links from a US-based site (google PR 4) to your internal pages. This site is spidered by yahoo, ask, msn and google every day, this might help? (its the method I used after also having paid for inktomi inclusion years ago through webwurld) PM me with the 4 pages you'd like linked to.
