I'm experiencing getting on for a 90% rejection rate with Kays and Abound, all my other merchants range between 0-10% rejection rate.

I've tried emailing them several times through the email address supplied on the CJ site but don't even get a response.

Is anyone else having the same trouble with these 2? Or is it just me?
