I have emailed Andreas regarding this sale on several occasions. My last email to him on 6th requesting an update on the issue and stating that 32red have had ample time to look into the problem has had no response from either himself or 32red - something I
am not happy about.
That's why I've had the raise the problem here on a4uforum in order to get it looked at. Not the ideal way to resolve the issue but looks like its the only way to get this sale paid and also find out why the sale was tracked incorrectly.
