Ah here we go, they've added a new bit to the program page:
"This is a prepayment program. Meaning that the merchant has deposited a certain amount with TradeDoubler. The program will only remain active, as long as there are funds to cover the transactions generated. Time to auto accept: 17 days."
So hopefully they're trialing prepayment and will reduce the period in the near future, 'cause at the moment prepayment means delayed payment.
