Is this for pages that have been created from now or do older ones count?
I'd consider adding a banner, but the 120x600 for Littlewoods still shows the World Cup promo, and for Chit Chat the Cruise promo is ignored in 120x600 format too (also will these switch over to a new or default promo on expiry?)
And finally - where's the generate invoice links gone
