I'm currently redesigning the template files of this site as I speak, which I imagine you're talking about. The description will include the code and then underneath is the link for users to click through to the site which is automatically created. This description is "the excerpt", a wordpress function that either calls an excerpt that I write or the first paragraph of the post. Because I haven't edited the posts yet to include excerpts, Wordpress is simply pulling the first paragraph through which probably doesn't include the discount codes to be used. Hope that makes sense, I really want my affiliate marketing to be as ethical as possible, honest! I should really put the blog into maintenance mode whilst I work on it
Plus so far I think I've had one sale through that site, so I don't think too many visitors are getting pissed off... Should have it sorted within an hour.
