Yes, you can. I wasn't 100% sure but just had a flick round the net, and it's mentioned on a couple of pages and works fine, and will register the hits in both accounts.

The only thing is that it will slow down the page loading slightly, as its got to call the javascript file from googles servers twice rather than once. In practice this would probably not make a noticeable difference though.

Best bet is to give it a try, its not going to be a disaster if it doesn't work.
