Direct Line do not have specific policies for young drivers, however on comprehensive policies, named drivers can earn their own no claims discount. This may be attractive to parents looking to insure their kids on their own car. The NCD can then be transferred onto a new Direct Line policy when the child has a car of their own.

It may also be possible for new drivers who have taken the Pass Plus test to get an additional discount on a Direct Line car insurance policy - this is not available in all instances, so you need to be careful of wording.
