Re: Zanox Launches Nature's Best
Wow, I don't know who wrote these terms and conditions but you'd think they would have more sense than to rip them from a direct competitor such as Healthy Direct managed by the team here at blue barracdua who actively participate in these forums. 
I guess the key difference is that Healthy Direct pay up to 25% compared to 16% offered by Natures Best. 
Healthy Direct T+C's

We have looked at the types of keywords that affiliates use and have split this into two areas:
Generic Keywords
Affiliates wishing to advertise on generic terms are obviously welcome to do so. If the Healthy Direct name is used in the advert it should be clear on the affiliate’s landing page how to get the Healthy Direct content.
The Healthy Direct Name
Advertising on the Healthy Direct name is not permitted. E.g. Healthy Direct or http://www.healthydirect.com/hmc/index.jsf. We will conduct our own advertising (as required) on our brand name.

Natures Best T+C's
