I'm in two minds about this so I'm just seeing what the interest is.
I have a superb sports website that is a full content website dedicated to a leading UK sports TV broadcaster it is run on Wordpress CMS. The sale includes full ownership of the site and domain.
It has earned £12,000 in commissions since 20th October 2007 until 19th May this year. Money is earned from an affiliate programme and also a small amount each month via adsense.
Traffic is on average 13,000 unique visitors a month. Of course, if there are any serious parties interested in the site then I will provide traffic/revenue screen shots.
The site hits the first page on Google for all major keywords.
Some current data:
- Page Rank 4
- Solid backlinks
- Ranks nicely in search engines
- 100% organic traffic
- Huge potential for massive growth
So thats 12k in commissions for 7 months. Average about 1.7k a month. The reason for possible sale? I have several large projects that need my time and my kids need to see more of their Dad
I will not let this site go on the cheap. so I'm looking for x 24 months revenue = £40,000 +
If I don't get this I will simply keep the site and develop it further.
