Hi Firuze,

Thank you for letting me know about the 30 days - I have now downloaded the extra data. (It still says "Max 15 days allowed" underneath the custom date boxes though, perhaps this could be changed to assist other users?).

Regarding the Merchant Monitor - all of the networks I require are listed under Accounts > Registered Network List ..... is there something else that I need to do as well?

Since my last post I do now have DGM data displaying, however Affiliate Window and TradeDoubler are still missing and I have definitely had activity with them over the past 30 days. I know that Affmeter used to display all network data for me in the past, and I haven't made any changes to the network settings from when I last used Affmeter. When I click 'Get Stats' Affmeter logs in to both Affiliate Window and TradeDoubler and seems to get the data with no problems.

I have also tried getting stats just for Affiliate Window and TradeDoubler separately which, again, it seems to do with no problem. It is just not displaying the data afterwards!

If you need any further info please let me know, thank you.

In order to use "Merchant Monitor" you have to set up which merchants you would like to follow up. Please click on "Merchant" box at Merchant Monitor Interface. Then choose "New Group" First of all choose a group name for your Merchant such as Travel and click on "Add Group" then enter Travel then search and select for merchants from available networks list at the right of the box.

This way you have set up the merchants that you would like to monitor.

There is no problem with Tradedoubler and AW. Please let me know if you still cannot see any data.

Just to clarify - I don't actually want to customise the Merchant Monitor (or group any merchants into groups or anything like that) ..... I just want to choose the 'All Available Merchants' option so that any merchant for which I have had activity will be displayed underneath.

In the Merchant Monitor section I have rows displaying Affiliate Future, Paid on Results, buy.at and DGM - to the right of each networks' name I have columns for 'income share', 'clicks', 'commission' and 'EPC', and there is data in those rows for all four of those networks.

However, I should also be able to see the same type of data (in the form of two additional rows) for Affiliate Window and TradeDoubler - I have had activity with both in the last month.

The data seems to download okay using 'Get Stats' but it will not display in the Merchant Monitor for these two networks. I have not changed anything since I last used Affmeter.

Does the above give you any further indication as to what might be the problem? Please ask if you need any further information.

We could not find problem for affiliate window and trade doubler networks. We can see all network data in "Merchant Monitor".
To analyze the problem, please click "revenue overview". Revenue overview displays daily data for all networks

Could you see data about Affiliate Window and TradeDoubler for a specific date in revenue overview table?

Are Affiliate Window and TradeDoubler still missing in merchant monitor for the same date?

I am getting nothing for Aff Future too although there are no errors in the log. Their site is showing stats OK but not being picked by Affmeter.

AffMeter isn't picking up my DGM stats - I've removed and readded the network but it hasn't helped. The error shows "Parsing data at the root level is invali..."

Any ideas?

You are right, When I tried to get DGM data, I got the same error message.
