My affmeter will not collect stats and now states the my license has expired and last collection date has been set at 1/10/2010 even though I have just checked my bank account and you have taken payment for this month?

Can someone email me ASAP please about how to sort this.

I'm having the same problem today - payment was taken a few days ago, and yet Affmeter telles me my license ran out yesterday and won't grab any stats at all for today!

I am getting the following error with Affiliate Window at the moment and stats are not collecting / showing:

Stats Error(1):Affiliate Window 30/01/2010 -Retrieving Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: startIndex

I have still have the problem with awin, e.g. no figures.

As you know affmeter doesn't seem to work well with windows 7. The problem was first reported before Christmas and it has yet to be fixed. Every time I use it, it trys to update itself, says it is competed, then shuts down. It is annoying to use.

When will you fix this ongoing problem????

I bought affmeter a few years ago and its been wonderful but my pc just crashed and i lost everything apart from my backups. I went to the affmeter site to download another copy but its a monthly or yearly subscirption now. Where can i get a copy of the one that i paid for a few years ago?
