Affmeter is not showing all sales for 29th October from Awin. I can see sales in Awin but they have not appeared on my affmeter stats.

I've not been able to retrieve Affiliate Window stats since September 15th.

Not only that but it crashes each time I attempt to retrieve Affiliate Window stats.

Get a 'TaskbarNotifier' error which says 'Unhandled exception has occurred in your application ... Cannot find table 0'

Sorry that it took a while to fix the issues. Actually we have sorted out all network problems together with AF. However, we have to run a few more tests to be sure. We are expecting to release the new version this week.

I just downloaded affmeter. Everything's fine except the double stats I've got for everything - revenue and clicks ?! Something must be wrong

Can you please
1. Check out your "Network Accounts" section whether to see if there are any duplicates for the network set ups

2. tell me which networks you are dealing with

3. Which operating system is running on your computer.

Another update from affmeter and again it keeps saying it has updated and then starts, then it says it needs to update again, and so on.

It makes affmeter unusable and happens everytime there is an update.

Why does this keep happening?

Same problem - I have unticked the update automatically option until it is sorted.

Just realised that I am on version ...59 and even though I have applied the update ..62 it cannot have worked as still on old version, hence the software keeps asking to be updated.

Same problem here which is very annoying. Thanks aaclapham for mentioning that you can turn off the auto updates, that will at least fix the problem in the short term.
