Anyone else have problems with stats from CJ?

Had a batch of commissions added yestaday but can't get them to show up on affmeter.

I have tried to widen the date range to cover the batch period but still no joy. Any ideas??

Our system shows no error in CJ. However, if your problem is still continuing, please write to my e-mail directly and we will figure out the nature of your problem.

A couple of feature requests/fixes, one mentioned before and one I can't find anyone asking about:

1) Updating of Adwords account data for any date range which stats are requested for. Affmeter used to collect Adwords data from the previous day and now appears to go back 3 or 4 days, which is better but still not ideal for someone who may not fire up Affmeter for a few days during a holiday or long weekend.

2) Updating of Adwords account information. If I make a new ad group it won't be displayed in the Adwords accounts section unless I choose to Modify the Adwords account in question.

I may be missing something obvious with these issues, or doing something wrong myself, so any tips would be gratefully received.

Hi Stulee,

The answer for your first question is: For Adwords accounts, Affmeter periodically checks data of last 1-3 days. Affmeter, also collects data of missing days. If you don't use Affmeter for a long time, the missing days will be collected, however, this may take longer time.

For your second question, we will check it and fix the problem soon.

What's the expected timescale for the collection of missing Adwords data? I must admit that I'm a bit sceptical that it works correctly, as I missed last Thursday (17/4) and that hasn't been collected during my 5 days in the office this week (21-25/4) and also the 16/12/2007 hasn't been collected in the 4 months since that day was missed!?

As we upgraded our Affiliate Control Panel on Thursday the design of the reports have changed which is why Affmeter may be having a problem reading our reports. I have already contacted Firuze by PM about both the upgrade, and also to offer a private feed for them to use to save having to scrap the actual Affiliate Control Panel which would prevent any issues in the future should the report designs change again.

Anybody else just had an update thats wiped out all their data?

Barry this happened to me at the beginning of the year. Sadly mine didn't re-appear despite help from Firuze. I think I ended up reloading all the stats manually. I now treat this as any other software/data and take a backup regularly. Since the initial problem its been "A" OK

Darren I too have the same problem. It grabbed stats from 24th no problem and from today (26th) no problem, but despite numerous manual attempts to get yesterdays stats, still nothing shows. I will give it a few more goes over the weekend and see if mine catches up too.

Yeah I thought this was due to the POR upgrade. Good to see G has raised it with Firuze so suspect it wont be long before its sorted.

Just noticed a popup regarding changes to the CJ network. Affmeter asked me to get a developers licence which I did, and updated all my accounts. I changed the site names to the PID's obtained from my CJ control panel.

The tests all indicated that everything is ok, but nothing is showing in the reports. The history panel shows that it connected to CJ fine along with all other networks (exception of DGM which is 24 delay). But in the stats, nothing from CJ shows - no comms or clicks.

HOWEVER - I am able to get the stats for 25th April which was previously an issue. Maybe CJ stats are delayed by 24hrs like DGM?

I am sure Firuze and team are on the case, but just thought I would let you know incase of any problems.
