Unless I
am missing something, it looks like dvd.co.uk's standard commission has dropped from 5% to 4% following the re-brand to Base.com.
The cookie is now 28 days although unfortunately I have no way of checking what it was previously.
Of course, I'm sure base.com will still be deducting VAT on all order values before calculating commission.
Seriously guys, some sort of communication would have been appreciated rather than sweeping this one under the rug as part of the rebrand. None of the communications I have received to-date have mentioned this
