Jules the data is just aged homeowner data usually ex council areas and targeted at the closer to Non Conforming market place... but sometimes is just anything we stick in the dialer. We try mainly for homeowners as these are the most interested parties and fit closest to what our current clients ask for...

you wont get anyone who said to our call centre that they are not interested but if you do then we have full call recordings to back up our claims.

That’s about it... were not selling LEADS its people who have expressed an interest in remortgaging/insurance. We don’t filter to criteria and I can’t see them not being interested but like anything else with us if the information is not going as planned we will always put steps in to get it better...
