Hello everyone!

I have read the most interesting article in websitemagazine.com and I wanted to share my thoughts. The article name is "Inside the affiliate mind" by Linc Wonham and you are more than welcome to read it.

But first - allow me to introduce myself - I am working as an affiliate manager for two years now, and recently I started working for a big company that have not had an affiliate department at all - my job is to build an affiliate department from scratch.
In order to do so I subscribed to a lot of newspapers and webinars that I hope would help me do my job on the best side.

I came across this article that talks of the importance of newsletters when dealing with affiliates and how important it is to treat your affiliates like they were actual employees in your company.

I recommend on this article to all of you who would like to try a different approach (if your current approach does not work).
