Hello everyone, I have just started affiliate marketing but got confused with some facts. I would be glad if you guys help me out to better understand these things.

1. What is a Int VAT registration no.?
2. Private individual / Company, which one needs this VAT no.?
3. How and where do I apply for a VAT reg. no?

I live in Bangladesh and in the tax and vat official government site of my country I couldn't find any policy or terms of tax/vat on internet based earnings. What should I do?
