I'll definately want to come to the Edinburgh event, I'll be in town..
You may find it real difficult to find a venue in Edinburgh during Festival season, when ever phonebox and public toilet turns in to a venue !!!!
I do have a few contacts there that may be suitable and/or possible, get in touch if you are having problems ...

what time does the roadshow in bristol start ?
Email sent .. get back to me ..
Final details on venues coming soon - though it looks like it could be wise to re-arrange the date for Edinburgh!? and possibly merge Brighton with London as there is a networking event planned the day before!
We normally start at around 6pm, but people sometimes meet up in the afternoon.
Any cool bar suggestions welcome in Manchester too, we normally head to Barca Bar, but their website seems to be down right now.
Thanks,
no no no don't change any dates just yet ? A little selfish I know as those dates are perfect for me, but there are options at least look in to them first..
My Bad !! I just double checked the Edinburgh Finge Festival dates and it does not officially begin until the 7th ( usually the 1st ) so it should be perfect .. In fact if you can stay on for some of the festival, no where else you want to be ..

All happen at the same time .. it's a mixture of joy and madness :-)
Don't forget the Bristol is also host to the latest Banksy Exhibition which is attracting many people along to the South West!
You could always visit this before or after the a4uexpo Bristo Roadshow!!

Barca is apparently all boarded up and has sadly closed. If it's the Castlefield area of Manchester you're after, Dukes 92 is the place and is right by the canal in a top location.
There's also Deansgate Locks nearby, which is very popular and is where last years roadshow was at Revolution. Loaf and Baa Bar are also worthy contenders.
I would imagine most people would be 'landing' at Manchester Piccadilly, so around that area and into the Northern Quarter could be an option too.
Here's a few to be going at:
Northern Quarter
Walrus Bar
Piccadilly
Lammars
Kro Bar
Obsidian Bar
The Printworks is also a great venue which is all covered and boasts a number of bars, restaurants, cinema etc, including Hard Rock Cafe, Tiger Tiger, Lloyds No 1 etc. Tiger Tiger do have rooms for hire, although not sure on prices etc.
Hope that helps.
