So I followed that link and can't see anywhere to arrange appointments.
Actually, I'd prefer any networks or merchants that would like to meet me contact me instead!

Thanks Matt, OK, now I'm really steaming. Just tried to book an appointment and that bloody verification image is impossible to get past - I tried half a dozen times on 2 different merchants.
Is it case sensitive, what about the letter O and number 0 and the same for number 1 and letter l, it's horrid. I manage OK with these on other sites.
After several attempts it chucked me back to the merchant page - was that a succesful appointment - there was no thanks page - or was it too many tries?

I think you may have been unlucky with the combination - go grab a coffee!

I'll get one of our techies to remove the 0 and O's from the list, I'm sure that would be possible.

You should get a message and email - on testing I can see its not sending them out at the moment, but the appointments are being made. We'll send everyone an email reminder nearer the conference to people who have requested appointments.

We're just trying to make it easier to connect - maybe we'll use a different system next year.

lol - you know that could be a good idea - the main problem is people naturally leave things to the last minute, good for you, irritating for us!

I have just finished taking a look at the appointment booking system for you.

The characters in the verification image are now all lowercase and alphanumeric. This should make it easier to distinguish 0's from o's and 1's from l's etc... There is also a link which will generate a new image for you so you don't have to refresh the page.

Once you have booked your appointment you should receive an email confirming your booking. We will also receive an email and your information will be stored in our database and made available to the exhibitors.

I hope this sorts out the problems you've been experiencing - if there are any more please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Thanks Ryan, that's fixed it, 100% success rate.
I would still prefer a confirmation page - it currently just reverts to the empty form on submission but I'm not getting errors and the emails are coming in so that's cool.

No problem, I've added a confirmation now which let's you know there were no problems.
