Hotels for a4uexpo - Selling Out or Sold Out

Just a warning for those of you who haven't booked hotels etc.

The Novotel is booked out, Ibis is full on the 14th already, The boat seems to be booked too... we're back in the Ramada as last year, but even whilst booking that the price jumped up.

Cheers for the heads up on that Jason, I've also booked Duncan and myself into the Ramada. I've just not had time to think about the accommodation due to our busyness at the minute!

Shame, I really wanted to book us onto the boat seeing as this trip appears to be part of our Honeymoon!

See youse for a gin fizz in the hotel bar

I've just booked into the Novotel using the A4UEXP promotional code with no problems.

I'm sorry for the confusion with the event hotels.

The Novotel does have availability and can be booked by phoning - +44 (0)870 850 4560 and quoting A4UEXP.

To book rooms at the IBIS please use the booking form, which will be made available very shortly here

Sorry for any inconvenience causes, if you experience any further problems please do not hesitate to contact me on 01179 723 269 or send me a PM.

    Have a great evening

    Kind Regards

    Claire

The b*****ds.... I even phoned them and asked about availability and they said they were full.

Hmmm... do I change from the Ramada?

Ha.. I just reserved a room at the Ramada before this thread updated 2 minutes ago!

That said the Ramada looks nicer than the Novotel for around the same price.. Last year I stayed at a friends in Richmond, but regretted the 1 hour tube journey each way, so this time it's a hotel..

    what are peoples recommendations?

The Ramada is alright - 5/10 mins extra walk from the expo - but nice hotel.

Thanks for the offer Claire, no we'll stick with it - price is the same. Besides the Novotel is going to be full of noisy drunken affiliates - and I need my sleep

    Hi All

Superbreak still has availability at some of the hotels located near the Expo. If any of our partners want to book through us, just drop me a line and I'll make sure you get your partner discount.

    Cheers

Just go for it Kirsty, I had the suite on the boat last year and can recommend it. Even had its own sauna

Arrghhh!!! Don't, you tease me Kieron!

The boat was showing up as booked out on their website, so I went for the Ramada cos they let you cancel with no charge (just in case I find there is availability later!)
