Same here. Revenue down about 90% on Tuesday and 100% down yesterday. Not a single thing has tracked!

Is there still a delay in stats reporting?

Hi Steve

According to the site 4 hours, im glad im not the only one who is seing stats down. Ive done a small email campaign today just to see if things are better.

Ive sent an email to Nic just to ask whats going on and as yet had no reply.

On the other side of the fence at least this is the first time in a long time any probs have been with ad.com so im sure the guys will figure it out

regards

Andy

Hi Guys just to confirm reports is cuurently in the process of updating data from the past 24 hours. Your complete stats should be available by late this afternoon.

If you have any queries please contact your account manager.

Thanks,

  Re: Downtime has affected tracking

Since last weeks downtime my reports from within the Ad.com interface do not seem to be accurate. The overall figure is correct, but when I run a report for more details it barely shows any of the sales.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
