  Reporting Delays ?
Are there reporting delays at the moment, my reports from yesterday look a bit patchy to say the least ??

I am experiencing the same problems and i'm unable to view any Ref Data reports from the past 3-4 days.

We had some reporting issues last week and we were under the impression these had been resolved now. We've alerted our tech team and they are looking into this and we will be in touch as soon as we hear more.

We are too.

Last I heard was that both tech teams in the UK were working on this problem. What seems like quite a minor problem must be something more serious.

Really need these reports.

I can now get full stats for anything after 8th Nov. But still not getting anything 1st - 8th.

It looks like progress is being made.

Hi all

Sorry this has taken a while to fix but we have now resolved all reporting issues.

As some maybe aware there was a partial crash of the Advertising.com reports interface earlier this month, this unfortunately lead to further problems with payout reporting on the interface. We are aware that as of around 3pm on the 7th November 2006 a number of campaign payouts have not been reporting correctly on www.reports.advertising.com . This issue has now been fully resolved, all payout data has been recorded and is currently being updated, full stats for the last 7 days will be available on the interface by late this afternoon.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, please contact your Advertising.com account manager if you have any further queries or concerns.
