We have just launched a new affiliate program with AF to offer a new current account mortgage. It is a great deal, is the only buy to let mortgage on the market and is available for those with adverse credit. You will only find it through here or a few other outlets. See www.simplemortgages4u.co.uk. As it is the only 'buy to let' current account mortgage it is a great selling point in that market!
We are going to offer two payment schemes;
The first one is simply a pound a lead, that is per completed form. That scheme will be ready to go live today.
We are also offering a % scheme where there is no lead payment but you receive a % of amount borrowed. We want to trial this privately to ensure that it can be managed smoothly as new tracking is having to be used. The commission rates equates to .04375 of the borrowed amount. This means that you would receive £43.75 per £100,000 borrowed. The bigger the amount borrowed, the more you receive. If you would be interested in trialing the % scheme please mail me. Details are with AF.

As you know I am looking to create a programme based on a % of the Loan. Having looked at some feedback, we can now improve the offer we make to you. In the next couple of weeks the % programme will go live and I have increased the commission to .070% of the Loan/mortgage. This will give a commission of £70 per £100,000 instead of £44.
However, until this happens we will go ahead with another scheme that gives £1 per lead and £65 for sale. This is not a % but a flat fee. This will give you the option of which sceme you choose to get involved in as both schemes will carry on simultaneously.
Over the next couple of weeks I will introduce some insurance products on the site and these will add to the commissions you can earn.

We have just upped that to £70 per £100,000. If the sceme goes well and we see that we are converting high mortgages we will increase this as best we can.
