He had been waiting on UK Office & Technical.
We promoted PBK in multiple territories and had consistant sales & conversion rates in multiple territories each marketed independently.
Upon redesign this dropped off to practically null in all regions bar US where we reduced our promotion significantly until rectified. US seems to be nearer back on track, however your stats only go back a limited time period.
How about you doing the proactive thing & stop passing the buck and contact Brian yourself.
I wonder which is more disconcerting. Your denial or your / or your networks lack of awareness of the problem.

I'm not particularly interested in having a slanging match over a public forum.
I have a very good relationship with John of ProBikeKit, so referring this thread to him is of no concern to me. During the time of the website changeover, there was problems identified by both parties, and steps was made to remedy these issues.
I've asked you in previous posts to contact me directly any queries concerning ProBikeKit which you have yet to do so far, since you have not provided me details of your affiliate account I have nothing to refer to.
I have answered your questions based on the limited information you have provided in your posts. If you are now waiting for a response from the UK support and technical team, please give me your support ticket number or the person you have been emailing so that I can help in resolving this matter quickly.
