The Furniture123 Summer Sale is now on, with over 14,000 prices reduced by up to 50%, and Free UK Delivery on everything! Alongside this we will also be running an increased commission promotion for affiliates – our standard rate will rise from 6% to 7.5% until the end of July, so be sure to promote Furniture123 to make the most of this double-whammy!





On a technical note, you may have noticed that we have recently made a change to our product feed to remove the bulk of the descriptive text from our product descriptions (but leaving important information such as the finish and dimensions intact). The reason for this is that Google’s Panda update in April is penalising duplicate content more heavily than before, and so by removing the descriptive text from the feed, we are eliminating much of this duplicated content between your site and ours.





By ensuring that we are no longer competing against your site in Google (and vice-versa) if you use our product feed we should both benefit from this change. If you have any questions on this please get in touch to discuss it with me, and if you could check that this change has fed through to your site correctly we’d much appreciate it.
