Any chance to get paid today? I sent an email a week ago about my money - no reply so far and no balance drop today...

    Hi Valeks,

All payments are still being processed at the moment so no balances have dropped on affiliate accounts.
If you would like someone to look deeper into your affiliate account, then please raise this with our support team AffiliateFuture Support Desk

Credit where it's due checked my bank this morning and amazingly enough payment from AF was in already. Same thing happened last month.

Maybe things are changing at AF?

I did that, but it's still quite strange why we don't know our next payment amount and we need to send you a support ticket in order to get some pretty simple information, which every other network displays clearly in my account
    Next Payment Amount:..
    Next Payment Date:..
    .....

    Hi there,

There will be a number of changes that will be run out right across the AffiliateFuture network. The affiliate payment system is an issue that has been given special attention.

We are making these improvements public and even giving all partners an opportunity to come to our 'open day' at our head office in London.
Please view the thread AffiliateFuture - Open Afternoon - Friday 8th July
Today will be the first of many more 'open days' at AffiliateFuture.
Allocated affiliate payment will be sent out on the 8th of every month.

    Regards
    Kenny Aro

No balance drop, no response to emails sent, no "read receipts" sent back to me so no emails even acknowledged.

For all the grumbling at James I did, at least he did bother to reply and was quite happy to spend 2 mins getting the information together that I wanted and then emailed it to me.

Edit at 10pm - Email sent to Joanna, Nicky and Kenny.

My balance is dropped and shows £0.00 balance but no payment is made while we have enough amount in our balance. I am scared about this issue and create a support ticket yesterday and Joanna Flegg replied me "While we are processing the payments for this month the balance drops to £0 until the transactions paid are processed. By the end of play this should show the correct balance."

But still, there is no update in balance and payment details.
    What's going on????

I haven't got a single month without confirmed commissions and the numbers are quite big. Logically I have to receive money every month. Guess what - no payment for me this month... I can not see where this comes from even after the explanation I received yesterday that my May commissions are due for payment in August! How about my April commissions than? My balance at the moment consists of at least 3 months commissions ...??? I've got just one AF merchant standing and I'm just waiting for the moment they move to another proper network, I just can't work like that any more, sorry AF

Well, at least I got a payment - £493 on a balance of £2557 - so 19% then,. At least it's better than last time (12% on £2,330). I've asked why payments are so paltry while my account is permanently at £2,000+ but no explanation yet and, to be honest, I'm not holding my breath. I don't promote AF merchants strongly any more - why bother if you don't get paid?

Me too. Payments pending since March. It is such a pitty that Affiliate Future payments and their entire reporting system is so mundane. I am now only promoting three merchants with them as I am just waiting for them to move to a more decent network too. I am tempted to write to the affiliate managers concerned to try to convince them to move. AF have some very good merchants so it's just a pitty

AF new management - if you do not want to end up folding up your business like another UK based network recently you need to stop pussyfooting and act - FAST

I posted a moan on last months similar thread, and I received an email informing me I'd have to wait for my money because certain merchants hadn't paid Aff yet. There was no indication of how long this would be, so I've decided to stop promoting their merchants.

Good Evening All - appreciate some of your frustrations with the payment system and I thank you for your patience.

Together with the new management team, we ARE addressing the entire range of finance frustrations that some of you are experiencing. Things have already started to improve and they will continue to improve. Some of the biggest sources of frustration appear to be a lack of understanding with the process and timeline behind the post-payment system we operate on with our merchants. I will arrange for some 'sample timelines' to be listed out in the Knowledgebase at AffiliateFuture Support Desk which should explain this clearer.

In the meantime, those of you with queries, if you submit a support ticket this WILL be answered and your queries will be addressed. I cannot emphasise the importance of using the support desk enough when you have queries - directing emails to specific individuals mean no way of recording your queries and ensuring actions are followed through.

Please continue to be patient and I am sure you will all find the coming improvements to your liking.

    Thanks for the support.

    Hi Gavin,

I created a support ticket on Friday with Emergency Priority and got no response after my reply. How does your ticket system works?

'Some of the biggest sources of frustration appear to be a lack of understanding with the process and timeline behind the post-payment system we operate on with our merchants.'

I think everyone understands the timeline pretty well. The problem is the length, irregularity and opacity of it. All other major affiliates have a regular two month timeline and payouts match sales (or an explanation is given when they don't).

With AF (in my case anyway and with others apparently) there now seems to be a minimum four-five month timeline and the payouts, if and when they do appear, bear no relation whatsoever to sales. No explanation is forthcoming - even when requested.

So what magic wand do other affiliates wave that is so beyond the reach of AF? That is my biggest source of frustration and, I imagine, it is others' too.

Hi Archimedes - there will always be exceptions on some merchants when we miss their payment runs and/or cut off dates at either their end or ours. Your comment regarding a 'minimum four-five month' timeline does not apply to the majority of our Merchants and the new reporting we will be releasing will allow you to make an informed decision on who and how you promote. Unfortunately I can't comment on your query specifically as I can't match your username on this forum to an AffiliateID.

Moving forward we are looking to work with our Merchants to ensure they understand even more the importance of prompt payments to us which in turn will be passed through to the affiliate.

Regarding the reporting you need, unfortunately there is no magic wand. The reporting functionality is on it's way but I will not be hurried into repeating some errors we have made in the past with quick fixes. The system must be robust, accurate and effective in reporting exactly what is required and please be assured that we are doing our best to give you and the rest of our Publishers the tools you require to run your businesses more efficiently.

    Best Regards,
