Good Evening All - appreciate some of your frustrations with the payment system and I thank you for your patience.
Together with the new management team, we ARE addressing the entire range of finance frustrations that some of you are experiencing. Things have already started to improve and they will continue to improve. Some of the biggest sources of frustration appear to be a lack of understanding with the process and timeline behind the post-payment system we operate on with our merchants. I will arrange for some 'sample timelines' to be listed out in the Knowledgebase at
AffiliateFuture Support Desk which should explain this clearer.
In the meantime, those of you with queries, if you submit a support ticket this WILL be answered and your queries will be addressed. I cannot emphasise the importance of using the support desk enough when you have queries - directing emails to specific individuals mean no way of recording your queries and ensuring actions are followed through.
