I have a mate trying to set up a white label travel solution and he seems to be getting the run around.

So rather than keep replying to tickets, i thought i would give you a shove and get you to sort it out...

So can you sort it out..

Also these search boxes dont load ----

Hi They load fine with me, after the search a new window opens with a database error though

From what I understand a member of the AffiliateFuture team is already working on your request via Ticketing System, which is the best way of managing your work request. To fast track the resolution, I will be happy to chase it up for you if you provide your Ticket ID number.

Ok that would be handy, but dragging your feet like this does not make you look good to advertisers who sell travel or affiliates.

EDIT: will get the tracking number when they come in.

I assume its this one - VVA-126-74334 lets see what happens, they have also repeatedly asked for the search box code to link to the white label results page..

If i was co op travel, jet2 holidays, Cosmos, Olympic , Thomas Cook, i would be getting rather annoyed.

I expect this to be resolved by wednesday of next week...

Thanks for that, but can you tell your techies that the style sheet css layout problem, needs to be addressed by yourselves and not my client as the layout is in your divs..


Also please remove "on the beach" from the whitelabel search results, a list of acceptable tour opertors was sent over to Mathew, Cosmos Jet2holidays and so on
