As its the 8th and the date I was told "again" that I would be paid I checked to see if my commission has been paid. To my sunrise it hasn't! As It's been a while since I last received a payment of any kind from aff future to be honest I'm not counting on receiving the money owed.

So how long have you waited for payment, Have you considered taking steps to recover the money owed or just wrote it off?

Balances tend to drop early afternoon, I think.

Have you tried asking for a report on "Merchant Payment Allocated" and "Merchant Payment Pending" for your account ?
This will allow you to see which merchants have actually paid and what you are actually due.
(it's a pity we can't pull this report up ourselves)

Have you asked to be allocated an account manager ?

Personally, once you have the first report .. KEEP IT, then every month on the 8th/9th, request the report again and KEEP IT.

Make a note of how much commission you earned from which merchant in which months. If it looks like a particular merchant hasn't paid from say January, contact support or your account manager and request that they look in to it for you. If they reply, give them a couple of days to sort things out (if they've said they will look in to it) and then email them back asking for an update

Tip - send all emails with a "request read receipt" on, if possible .. so you can see if emails are getting read or not.

Never write money off, no matter how small the amount is (and I'm talking less than £50 in my case)

    Hi Dazza,

We payout allocated payment on the 8th of every month. We do not fix an exact time as to when balance drop on affiliate accounts.
If you want someone to look further into your account, then please open a ticket and it will be investigated.

    Thank you

    Hi there,

I'm very interested to finding out more about your situation. Can you please provide me the ticket ID you raised at AffiliateFuture Support.
Please note: Allocated payments are being made to affiliates, and we will shortly be launching new tools on the affiliate interface to improve clarity regarding the post payment system.

    Thanks
