8th August Affiliate Payment Update

Hi all,

Affiliate payments are due to be released later this afternoon on all allocated affiliate accounts.

Affiliates will receive a notification email from us at the time of release and will include the payment amount sent.

Please note:

We work on a post payment basis (we payout once the merchant pays on their account)
Payments from the merchant received before the cut off cut date (15th day of the month) will make the payment run.
UK affiliates must have a least £20 of allocated commission to trigger a payment.
Non UK based affiliates must have a least £100 of allocated commission.

Any questions regarding payments should be made by raising a ticket at the AffiliateFuture Support Centre

Hi All - Payment alert emails have now been fully delivered to all recipients who were due a payment on the 8th August Payment run. This is now complete.

Your account is dropping / will drop / has dropped as I type and the funds have been transferred to your relevant bank account (this may take circa 3 days to clear).

If you have not received a payment and you believe that you meet the criteria required to have had a payment please raise a ticket at AffiliateFuture Support Desk and either support or the Publisher team will be back to you within 24 hours.

Check your VAT guys! I have been paid but when I look at the amount in Payments, the VAT I was paid is 42% of the net amount. Have raised a ticket but I'm posting this to see if anyone else is in the same boat. And just when I thought the payments & transaction reports were making sense

Hi there,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will bring your affiliate account to the attention of our finance department to remedy.
I will also ask them to go through all VAT affiliates payments made this week.
If any further affiliates also have noticed this error, please do notify us by raising a support ticket at AffiliateFuture Support Desk
