Hi eeb11 - easiest route is to log a ticket at AffiliateFuture Support Desk and your query will be directed to the appropriate AM. Alternatively pick up the phone and call - 020 7936 6576 and ask to speak to the merchant account management team - they will then direct you to the appropriate member of staff who is responsible for that particular merchant.

We will shortly be publishing a list of all merchants and their named account manager with email address and contact numbers - however if it is a generic query best route is through support as if someone is out of office on holiday etc your query will be picked up by someone else in the team.
