Sol Melia - When is commission added to AF account?

Over the last few months I've had a few Sol Melia 1p bookings appear on my AF account but haven't yet seen a final commission added after the stay has been completed.

Of course, I have no idea when the booking was made for so they could all still be sometime in the future which would be fine.

However, one of the bookings was for a stay made by me in July. It's now the 3rd week of August and still no commission has been added to my AF account.

I'm beginning to wonder if the system is working ok????

Anyone know? There's a lot of these '1p on booking' then 'commission after stay completed' hotel groups on AF.

Does anyome get any final sales value with Sol Melia?

Looks like they could be 'pulling a fast one'!

I think I'll be taking my links down. Also makes me wonder about the other '1p' hotel merchants.

I just want to let you know that all transactions are originally tracked at 0.01 BGP. Then, after date check out date, all the sales will be validated and the correspondent commission credited to your account. Any cancelled sales will not be credited. All this information is included the T&C.

If you are interested on having a breakdown with the total amount of the bookings registered and the date the booking will be validated, then I suggest you to tell us your email address and we will send you an automatic weekly report if you agree.

I know how the system is supposed to work.

The reason I'm querying is that I personally booked a Sol Melia hotel through my link, got the 1p on AF and completed my stay in July.

Still no commission showing on my AF account.

How long after the stay is commission added?

Hi Wilwak,

The validations are done once a month, around the 13th-15th.

If you email me including the booking ID, I can check for you if the commission ofr that has been already credited to your account and confirm you the exact date. Then, you could ask AffiliateFuture for the payment.
Anyway, if the check out of the booking was before the 10th, then it should have been added into the validations done this month.
