    Dear affiliates,

September payments are currently being processed - the 8th of the month as always.
You will receive a payment alert (via email) informing you of your commission payment if your affiliate account has reached the relevant payment threshold and merchants have paid (post-payment criteria met). This will go out today.

If you do not receive a payment notification or see your balance drop and feel that a payment should have been made please log a ticket AFTER the 8th of the month via AffiliateFuture Support Desk

    Regards
    AffiliateFuture Support

Good Morning All - as per yesterdays payment alerts - ALL PAYMENTS DUE HAVE BEEN PROCESSED ON THE 8th OF MONTH in accordance with payment alerts you received yesterday.

Account balances are dropping slower than expected, mainly due to the volumes of payments processed this month, but they are dropping and we expect them to be fully processed today and visible in your Affiliate login.

Thanks very much for your ongoing support, have a good day.

Got all excited then, but I see you still haven't collected my invoices for transactions since February then?

maybe next month that will be (8 months after transactions) and should be enough time for you to have collected/chased the money?

This really must be addressed now, introduce a traffic light system or something so we can see the companies who are doing this before we promote them! Simple as that, surely they are in breach of your merchant t&c and should be suspended for non payment???????

    Good Morning,

rich7111 - we don't know who you are or what affiliate account your refer to from this forum so can't resolve or investigate your issue.

If you want it looked into, please log a ticket at AffiliateFuture Support Desk and we will investigate, or if you already have a ticket logged someone will reply shortly.

I can assure you we do everything we can to collect monies as soon as they are due and we are working on a system to highlight those merchants who pay more promptly or prepay their account.

We do not hesitate to suspend merchants who breach our terms but as I am sure you are aware that comes with issues of its own.

    Kind Regards,
    Gavin Male

I received an email ontime saying "8th September payment run has now been processed and you have been paid £xxx.xx."

But the bad news is, the actual payment I've received is less then 15% of the amount mentioned.

    I have raised a Ticket: #XUD-845-88928

As a short term measure would it be possible to just put up a simple page listing the payment terms each merchant has, eg 30 day invoice/60 day invoice/direct debit/pre-pay? Then later you could expand that to show the terms merchants actually pay on.

The problem with your post pay system is we don't know whether lack of payment is due to merchants not paying you or merchants paying but you not releasing money. You'll probably appreciate given AF's problems of late there's a lack of trust on the affiliate side - anything you could do to increase transparency would probably be very well received.

Afternoon All - as stated previously, this reporting is being developed.

I will NOT approve the launch of half-finished products that will confuse and cause more issues than they resolve.

Some affiliates (including some on this thread) have already seen a sample of their 'account statements' which highlight exactly those merchants who are up to date with payments and those who are behind in payments to allow the affiliate to make an informed choice on who and when they promote. This will be available shortly.

In the meantime if you have concerns - log a ticket at the support desk. We know exactly who has paid up to the minute and the support desk can let you know about specific merchants you have promoted if you have concerns. I can however assure you that I have no issues in enforcing our terms and conditions with merchants and protecting affiliates from any small chance of non-payment.

    Best Regards,
    Gavin Male

Yes, it's great getting these reassurance emails - but still don't get payed!! This has been going on for over 10 months now. I haven't has a payment since July!! All my advertising has stopped and I would recommend anyone else having payment problems, to go to another Affiliate Network that pays regularly. As as soon as you get payment problems sorted, the next month or 2 come along, and here we go again. It's just too much hassle. I have emailed - but no reply - Goodbye.
