Hello All!

Just a quick message to notify affiliates that due to the 8th (normal payment day) falling on a Saturday, payments will be processed today.

All affiliates who are due payment will receive an email alert today, letting them know how much they will receive.

I've just received my email & the amount that I have been paid is actually less than the amount that Gavin Male advised me had already been allocated to me on 9th Sept. He was expecting more to have been by Merchants by 15th (i.e. AutoEurope) but I've actually been paid less

Sorry to hear that. If you log a ticket through our support desk, and provide your affiliate ID number, then we can have a look at the status of your payment and try to sort this out ASAP.
